Daniël Loewenstein

I am Daniël and I am currently in my fourth year of medical school. The brain has always been a fascinating organ to me, and this passion has increased tremendously since last year. I, therefore, love to be involved with this in every possible way. The complexity is something that really stands out to me, and I hope to contribute to existing knowledge about this 'black box' one day. Functional neuroanatomy and connectivity, especially are elements that attract my attention in doing so.

Jilke Ripping

I am Jilke and I am currently doing the premaster medicine. I find neuro incredibly interesting, especially neurodegenerative diseases and functional neuroanatomy. The brain is for me definitely the most interesting organ in the body and I am fascinated by all the processes that take place inside the brain. I would love to do research within the field of neuroscience and/or neurology and discover new mechanisms and pathways, while hopefully combining this with clinical practice in the future.

Sarah van Es

I am Sarah and I am currently in my third year of medicine. My problem is often that I find everything interesting and I can't choose, but I am finding neurology to be an increasingly better fit for me. I am looking forward to looking more in-depth at this discipline and to organizing some really interesting activities for you this year!
